1. Perform reviews (and/or quality over-reads of such reviews) of care providers, sites facilities medical records and other associated medical-field materials, personnel and documents as outlined by the company either onsite or at remote locations. Such reviews include (amongst others):

a. Care Provider Site Review
b. Chart Keeping Standards Reviews
c. HEDIS Hybrid Chart Abstractions
d. Medicare Risk Adjustment
e. Custom QI Reviews
f. Care Provider Site and/or Care Provider Monitoring Reviews; and/or
g. Credential Verification Document Reviews

2. Maintain accurate records of travel time and distances associated with reviews performed on behalf of the company.

3. Communicate on a daily basis with designated Review Coordinators and provide feedback and updates pertaining to any and all reviews.

4. Attend all training and company professional development meetings.

5. Maintain the highest level of professionalism in the communications and interactions with clients of the company and staff at sites where reviews are performed.

6. Undergo quality accuracy and inter-rater reliability testing and adherence to company policies.

7. Assist with the review and maintenance of policies procedures and training materials which reflect up-to-date NCQA JCAHO URAC and related regulatory policies

8. Assist in the coordination of communication processes with MedAssurantís administrative management and field staff, as well as other affiliates strategic partners and external individuals and organizations, and

9. Maintain compliance with MedAssurantís policies procedures and mission statement.
