Human Resources Director

ï Served as Director of Human Resources for a 35 year old financial consulting firm, created and managed human resources directives for approximately 110 team members, including policies and procedures, creation of job descriptions, performance reviews, and compensation management
ï Integrated a privately-held consulting firm into a mega-corporation, including introduction and implementation of the new benefits structure, policies, procedures, new programs, and aligned firm structure within the larger corporation environment
ï Demonstrated consulting skills by working with senior managers and team members to ensure consistency and compliance with firm policies and state and federal employment regulations
ï Coordinated recruiting efforts for entry-level through senior management professionals for multiple locations and maintained an advisory role to senior managers regarding interviewing processes, evaluation of candidates and hiring decisions

ï Responsible for handling all aspects of Human Resources in three offices
