How come I can't log in with the username and password that you sent me?
Although our system is not case sensitive, make sure that you are entering the username and password exactly how it appears in the email. If your password contains what looks like a 'w' and it doesn't work, it may very likely be two lower case 'V's. Also, make sure that you are logging into the correct section with your username and password.  We have seperate logins for applicants and employers.

I've lost my username and password, but I've changed email addresses! What do I do?
Please send us a message. In the body of the message you must provide your previous email address, street address, city, state, country, postal code and phone number. Once we find and verify this information, we will change your account to your current email address, and send you your username and password.

I am using AOL and for some reason I can't get my resume to paste into your resume box. Do I have to manually type it?
The bug you found is with the AOL browser. For some reason AOL's edit|paste is not mapped correctly. You can get around this bug by using the 'Paste' keyboard shortcut, ctrl-v (PC) or command-v (Mac).

Several companies have accessed my resume, but I have heard nothing. Is this normal?
Yes, this does happen. We have several member companies who set up resume search agents, much like your job search agents. Then they look through all the resumes that are returned by the agent. To be more pro-active, you can apply to most job postings by performing a Job Search.

When I try to submit my resume I get a 'you did not fill out all the required fields' error message. What did I do?
We suggest that you fill out ALL required fields (they are underlined and bolded), as the more information you give, the greater the chance of a better employer match.

How can I find out how often my resume has been viewed?
You must have a resume posted to use this feature. Applicants should enter My Medjump and then click the View Statistics link.

How can I post more than one resume?
You cannot post more than one resume with the same email address. This will affect the integrity of our resume database for our member companies, and for this reason we do not offer this option.  But then again, you could sign-up with a different email address and post another resume.

I enter my username and password, press 'Log me in!', and get looped back to a blank login screen. What is going on?
This problem only occurs with Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.x and 3.x (which is the built-in browser for AOL 4.0). This problem has been fixed in Microsoft's newer releases. We suggest upgrading to newer browsers.  Please visit these websites for the latest free downloads and more information:  Microsoft, Netscape, Opera or Mozilla.

I am getting a lot of 404 errors, or other errors in loading. Can't you guys fix this?
We hate to pass the blame, but in most cases this is not a problem with our site! We have identified most 404 or other load errors as proxy server issues. You may want to contact your internet provider to have them refresh their proxy cache. AOL users: AOL utilizes a proxy server, you can bypass this problem in most cases by upgrading your browser. Please visit these websites for the latest free downloads and more information:  Microsoft, Netscape, Opera or Mozilla.

I keep getting the message 'Enable Cookies'. What do I do?
If you receive an error message having to do with cookies, you will need to enable cookies in your browser (in your browsers preferences or options). If you have trouble finding this, please see your browsers documentation, or contact your internet provider's technical support.
